Police: Man wearing mask robs Woodburn 7-Eleven at gunpoint

WOODBURN, OR (KPTV) -

Woodburn Police are investigating an armed robbery after a man wearing a mask robbed a 7-Eleven at gunpoint on Friday.

The robbery happened at the 7-Eleven located at 893 N. Pacific Highway.

Police said a man wearing a mask walked into the store around 12:12 a.m. and waved a handgun at an employee, demanding money from the cash register.

After taking some cash the suspect fled the store. He was last scene running on foot westbound on E. Lincoln Street.

Officers arrived shortly after the suspect fled and search the area with a canine search dog. The suspect was not found.

The suspect is described as a white male adult about 6 feet tall with thin-to-medium build. He wore a black face mask and was dressed in all black clothing, including black gloves.
