LINCOLN CITY, OR (KPTV) -

A second murder suspect has been arrested in connection to the October death of a man in Lincoln City.

Malia Loraine Davis, 21, of Lincoln City, was indicted by a Lincoln County grand jury last Thursday and arrested at a home in Otis on Tuesday.

She is facing charges including murder, manslaughter, assault, unlawful use of a weapon and theft.

Antone Dean Bernal, 23, was previously arrested in connection to the death of 32-year-old Luke McCann.

Police responded to reports of a disturbance with gunfire at a home on Northeast 58th Street at 11:45 a.m. on Oct. 29, 2015.

As police were arriving, additional reports described the suspect as a man with a bloody towel wrapped around his head.

Police located the suspect, identified as 23-year-old Antone Bernal, on Northeast Logan Road. He was taken to the hospital for treatment of a superficial head wound before he was booked in jail.

Police said Bernal and Davis were both indicted for an unrelated shooting incident in Lincoln County in August 2015.

Charges handed down by a grand jury in that case included attempted murder, attempted assault and unlawful use of a weapon.

A motive in the murder investigation has not been released by police.
