Police: Three arrested after fraud report at Cascade Station hotel

PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -

Three people were arrested Thursday evening after officers responded to the report that a fraudulent credit card was used to rent a room at the Aloft Hotel, located at 9920 northeast Cascades Parkway.

According to police, officers were gathering information in the lobby of the hotel, when one of the suspects entered.

The suspect, Levi Jon Lepage, 25, then ran away from officers, according to police.

Officials said during the pursuit, Lepage dropped a handgun, then surrendered to officers.

Officers arrested two other people at the hotel, and seized evidence linked to identity theft and forgery.

Lepage is now in the Multnomah County Jail and faces multiple charges including felon in possession of a firearm, theft II, and identity theft.

Amelita Gutierrez Domingo, 34, faces charges of identity theft, forgery I, and forgery II.

Bryan Romeo Hao, 36, was charged with identity theft, forgery I, and forgery II, and felon in possession of a firearm.
