The armed group occupying a federal wildlife refuge in rural Eastern Oregon isn't amused with some of the mail it's been receiving.

Earlier this week, supporters of the group put out calls for supplies as the occupation stretched into its second week, asking for essentials like sleeping bags, toiletries and food.

The deliveries soon started coming in, but some of the mail was a little more phallic than they expected.

Jon Ritzheimer, whose Facebook page lists Phoenix, Arizona as his current city, posted a video online in which he shows some of the mail the group received.

The deliveries include an assortment of sex toys and candies in the shapes of male genitalia, which Ritzheimer describes as "sad."

"Rather than going out and doing good, you know, they just spend all their money on hate and hate and hate," Ritzheimer says.

"We're gonna continue to do work and do good for our country. We're not going to be deterred. We're not going to let all your junk and hate mail sidetrack us and we're going to continue to do what's right for our country."

Ritzheimer is one of the militants who have been occupying the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge in Harney County since Jan. 2.

They're upset over what they see as mistreatment of ranchers and constitutional over-reaching by the government in regard to federally-owned land.

Harney County Sheriff David Ward and other community members have repeatedly called for the self-described militia to leave the area. The group says it plans to hold a meeting with the community on Friday to discuss its plans for leaving the refuge.
