CLACKAMAS, OR (KPTV) -

Officials have a man in custody after he allegedly led deputies on a car chase ending in Clackamas late Sunday night.

Deputies said 35-year-old Donald Livingston of Portland failed to pull over for a traffic stop near Sylvian Way in Boring Oregon around 10 p.m.

Officials said they pursued Livingston and used spike strips to stop his car on Hwy 212 at SE 106th Ave. in Clackamas.

Livingston attempted to run away on foot but was later tracked down by K-9 Deputy Vito, according to the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies said a woman was a passenger in Livingston’s car, but was released at the scene.

Livingston is being held in the Clackamas County Jail.
