A man was arrested outside a Milwaukie home Tuesday in connection to a shooting investigation near the Lloyd Center in November 2015.

The Portland Police Bureau's Tactical Operations Division served a search warrant at a home on the 10300 block of Southeast C Street in Milwaukie on Tuesday.

Anthony Fikes-Trahan, 20, was arrested on charges of attempted murder and unlawful use of a weapon.

Officers said they located and seized a handgun believed to have been used in the shooting.

The investigation began the afternoon of Nov. 10, 2015. Officers responded to reports of gunfire at Northeast 11th Avenue and Multnomah Street.

They arrived and located a young man believed to be the intended target, but he was not injured.

Investigators said the victim and two suspects were in a dispute inside the Lloyd Center mall that continued outside the mall. One of the suspect was armed with a gun and fired shots toward the victim, according to police, then both suspects ran away westbound on Multnomah Street.

The Gang Enforcement Team investigated and developed probable cause to arrest Fikes-Trahan as the suspected shooter.

No information was released about the second suspect.

Anyone with additional information on this case is asked to contact Detective Todd Teats at 503-823-2137 or, and reference Portland Police Bureau Case #15-389880.
