Man with warrant on meth, heroin charges arrested outside Nike Employee Store

BEAVERTON, OR (KPTV) -

A man with a federal warrant for drug charges was arrested outside the Nike Employee Store near Beaverton.

The U.S. Marshals Service said an arrest warrant was issued for 29-year-old Julio Trujillo-Gonzalez in May 2015.

The U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force and Washington County Sheriff's Office deputies arrested him at 11:45 a.m. Tuesday in the parking lot of the Nike store.

Investigators said he is not a Nike employee.

No details were released about how he was tracked down to that location.

Trujillo-Gonzalez was arrested on the federal charge of conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute methamphetamine, heroin and cocaine, as well as the charge of maintaining places to manufacture and distribute controlled substances.

The case is being investigated by the Drug Enforcement Agency.

Trujillo-Gonzalez was scheduled to appear in court Wednesday afternoon.
