Police: Demand note used in Hazel Dell bank robbery

HAZEL DELL, WA (KPTV) -

The Clark County Sheriff's Office responded to a bank robbery at a Peoples Credit Union on Monday.

CCSO said a male suspect entered the credit union, located at 7403 NE Hazel Dell Avenue, around 5:41 p.m. The suspect presented a note demanding money from the teller, advising her that he was robbing the bank. No weapon was seen or implied.

The suspect received an undisclosed amount of cash and then left the bank. 

CCSO responded to the scene and conducted a K9 track but did not locate the suspect.

The suspect is described as a white male, 25-35 years old, about 5'6" - 6' tall, dark hair and a beard. He was wearing a dark ball cap with a light logo in the center, a long black jacket, with a light, possibly flannel hood lining, medium colored jeans, and black tennis shows with white on the sides of the soles.
