Wanted man arrested in Southern Oregon

A wanted man is in jail after police arrested him in Southern Oregon.

Oregon State Police arrested Royal Kruesi on February 4, off of Highway 238 in Josephine County.

During a search of Kruesi’s home, Grants Pass SWAT officers found drugs, money, and loaded guns.

Police seized more than a pound of meth, $30,000 cash, and 10 pounds of marijuana.

They also found scales, explosives, 10,000 rounds of ammunition, and a ballistic vest inside his home.

Various items that had been reported stolen from Josephine County in 2013 were also found at his property.

Kruesi was wanted on a federal warrant for possession of a firearm by a felon, and state warrants for ID theft, and felon in possession of a restricted weapon.
