Police investigate bank robbery in SE Portland

PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -

Police are investigating a bank robbery in southeast Portland Saturday morning, according to the Portland Police Bureau.

Officers responded to the report just after 10:15 a.m. at the Key Bank branch on Southeast Woodstock Boulevard.

Employee’s told police that the suspect implied that he had a weapon, and demanded money.

The suspect got an undisclosed amount of cash and left the bank without incident, and was last seen walking southbound on 46th Avenue.

Officers searched the neighborhood, but could not find anyone matching the suspect’s description.

According to police, the suspect is described as an unknown age male, possibly white or Hispanic, 6' tall, wearing a dark puffy coat, hooded sweatshirt, mask or some other kind of face covering, and gloves.
