BEAVERTON, OR (KPTV) -

Deputies are searching for information to help them solve a burglary at a Cedar Hills DMV on Sunday.

According to the Washington County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were called at 5:30 a.m. to the DMV located at 10280 SW Park Way Road concerning a burglary.

Deputies were called to the DMV by an employee who was called by the alarm company.

When deputies arrived, they found the front door glass smashed out, and the door pried open.

A stand-alone cash machine was stolen from the lobby area, according to deputies.

Deputies said the machine appears to have been damaged then dragged out though the front door, and they believe the suspect used a car to haul the cash machine from the area.

According to the Washington County Sheriff’s Office, deputies are inspecting surveillance video and other evidence.

The Washington County Property Crimes Unit Detectives are continuing the investigation.
