TIGARD, OR (KPTV) -

A man was sentenced to two months in jail Tuesday for taking upskirt photos of women at Washington Square.

A judge found Ignacio Napoles-Cinto, 25, guilty on 11 counts of invasion of privacy in January. He was arrested in August 2015.

Two girls reported to security at the H&M store inside the mall that they saw Napoles-Cinto positioning a phone under women's skirts.

Investigators said evidence showed that Napoles-Cinto had snapped photos of multiple unsuspecting women at different locations.

Though he was convicted, a judge did find him not guilty on two additional counts of invasion of privacy.

He was sentenced to two months and six days in jail Tuesday.
