PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -

Cliven Bundy will be extradited back to Nevada to face a long list of federal charges, according to court documents.

Bundy was arrested by FBI at Portland International Airport last week after coming to the area while his sons Ammon and Ryan were in jail.

Ammon and Ryan were arrested for their role in the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge occupation near Burns.

On Feb. 11, Cliven Bundy made his first federal court appearance in Portland.

Bundy's case in Nevada stems from an assault at his Nevada ranch in Spring 2014, where Bundy staged an infamous battle with BLM, refusing to remove his cattle from federal land or pay more than a million dollars in back grazing fees.

Court documents did not state when Cliven Bundy will be sent back to Nevada.
