DEPOE BAY, OR (KPTV) -

Drivers along the coast can expect some delays while crews repair the damage left by a landslide.

Crews will now work night shifts to clean up Highway 101 at Whale Cove.

The slide happened in late December following heavy rain and winds.

Work will be happening Sunday through Thursday from 7 p.m. until 6 a.m.

Travelers can expect about a 20 minute delay during that time.

Repairs are scheduled to be completed by early March, according to ODOT. However, work will not be happening this week during the Newport Seafood and Wine Festival.
