Vancouver police looking for suspect in bank robbery

VANCOUVER, WA (KPTV) -

Vancouver police responded to a call of a robbery at the US Bank location at 16415 Southeast McGillivray Boulevard midday Monday.

According to officers, a man came into the bank and gave a teller a note before taking an undisclosed amount of money and fleeing on foot from the scene.

Investigators, including a K-9 unit, arrived on the scene but were unable to immediately locate the suspect.

Officers said the suspect is a white man, in his late 30s to early 40s, wearing a blue knit beanie hat with white designs on it and a silver and blue jacket. Security video shows the suspect with a beard and mustache.
