PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -

Police are asking for the public's help tracking down an armed robber who stole cash from Paddy's Old Irish Cafe in northeast Portland.

Officers responded to the business on the 1700 block of Northeast 122nd Avenue at 1:13 a.m. Feb. 9.

An employee told police the suspect was armed with a handgun and demanded money. After receiving cash, the man ran out of the bar and was last seen running westbound through the parking lot.

Investigators released surveillance images of the suspect Wednesday.

He is described as a black man in his 30s, 6' tall and 200 pounds. He was wearing dark clothing, including a sweatshirt that said "ALOHA" on the front.

Crime Stoppers of Oregon is offering a cash reward up to $1,000 for information that leads to an arrest in this case. Tipsters can remain anonymous.
