'Priceless' toys stolen from CCA volunteer's car

Posted: Updated:

Alison Stone and her young chemo pal have been spending time together.

On Saturday Stone said they were given tickets to the Portland Trail Blazers game from the Children’s Cancer Association and enjoyed their time.

On the way back to her car Stone said she found it was broken into.

“Someone busted my back window,” Stone said.

According to Stone she called Portland Police saying someone stole a black duffel bag filled with toys.

“It’s more for pure principle than monetary value.” Stone said. The bag and its contents are worth around fifty dollars, but there is more sentimental value.

“Those toys are used to play with and have fun while she’s having chemo.”

Stone hopes who ever broke into her car would turn themselves in.

If you have any information call Portland Police Bureau.
