Dozens of shots fired, four people injured at SE Portland birthday party

PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -

Dozens of shots were fired when a gang fight broke out during a birthday party at the Rosewood Community Center, according to police.

Officers responded to Southeast 162nd and Stark Street at 10:41 p.m. Saturday.

Four people suffered gunshot wounds and were treated at the hospital for non-life threatening injuries.

Police said the shooting victims are a 15-year-old girl, a 17-year-old boy, a 19-year-old man and a 20-year-old man.

Their names are not being released due to the ongoing investigation, according to police.

Investigators said there was a birthday party taking place at the community center when a fight started between rival gang members.

More than two dozen shots were fired.

No arrests have been made in this case and investigators said there is no suspect information to share with the public at this time.
