MILWAUKIE, OR (KPTV) -

Two women charged more than $10,000 on credit cards they found inside a lost wallet, according to Milwaukie police.

Police released surveillance images of the suspects Tuesday in hopes of tracking them down.

Detectives believe the women found the wallet on Jan. 17 at an unknown location. They then used the credit cards at a Safeway store in Milwaukie, a Walgreens in southeast Portland and numerous other stores in Clackamas and Multnomah counties, according to investigators.

The women then took a cab to the 7700 block of Johnson Creek Boulevard in Clackamas County and paid for the ride with one of the stolen credit cards.

Anyone who recognizes the suspects is asked to contact Detective Cereghino with the Milwaukie Police Department at 503-786-7476.
