PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -

Police are asking for the public's help locating a missing 68-year-old man last seen at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in southwest Portland.

Duane Hall, 68, became separated from his family at the VA hospital at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday.

Police obtained a surveillance image of Hall at the hospital.

Investigators said Hall has early onset Alzheimer's and is likely lost and disoriented. He may answer to his name, but police said he may not ask for help.

Hall is not familiar with TriMet. He lives in Vancouver in the area of Southeast McGillivray Boulevard and Interstate 205.

He is described as a white man, 6' tall and 170 pounds with gray hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a dark blue jacket with tan sleeves, matching pants, black shoes and a tan baseball cap.

Anyone who sees Hall is asked to call 911. Anyone with non-emergency information about this case is asked to contact Detective Lori Fonken at 503-823-1081 or lori.fonken@portlandoregon.gov.
