Pediatric patients and their families gathered in the Randall Children’s Hospital two-story glass family lounges to watch superheroes from Millennium Building Services wash the windows.
Fan favorites including Superman, The Flash, Captain America, Spider-Man and Mr. Incredible brightened the day for patients and their families as the men posed for pictures and fist-bumped the kids inside.
Some of the kids were even dressed as their own favorite superheroes.
One parent explained the importance of events such as these saying, “This is something that makes them happy and lets them just kind of forget about what’s going on here.”
These men from MBS come to the hospital every year dressed as superheroes to bring smiles to kids who may be stuck inside for long periods of time.
