Who says yearbook photos are only for humans?

Open the pages of this year's yearbook at Good Hope Middle School in West Monroe, Louisiana and you'll find a photo of service dog Presley Ware right next to her human companion, Seph.

Todd Walker posted a photo of the yearbook page on Facebook in April and it's since been shared far and wide.

Seventh grader Seph Ware suffers from Duchenne muscular dystrophy, and Presley has been accompanying him at home and school for four years.

Duchenne muscular dystrophy is a form of the condition that quickly gets worse over time. Muscle weakness can cause difficulties with walking and other motor skills.

Presley helps her 14-year-old human with everyday tasks that have become difficult for him to perform on his own.

Since the photo of Presley and Seph was posted on Facebook April 28, it's been shared more than 20,000 times.
