BEAVERTON, OR (KPTV) -

A Beaverton man was charged DUII Friday after crashing into a parked car, according to the Washington County Sheriff’s Office.

At approximately 11:16 p.m., a Washington County deputy saw a 1995 Subaru Impreza driving at a high rate of speed.

The deputy attempted to stop the driver, but he continued speeding down Southwest Farmington Road.

According to deputies, the driver, Codey Guerreiro, 22, took several turns through the neighborhood off of Southwest 198th Avenue, and the deputy lost sight of the car.

The deputy was then dispatched to a crash on Southwest Bayberry Drive, which was the last known location of the Subaru.

According to deputies, the Subaru had crashed into a parked car.

Guerreiro was injured during the crash and was transferred to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Deputies determined Guerreiro was driving impaired. He was cited and released for DUII.
