PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -

Portland police are searching for two women involved in taking hundreds of dollars’ worth of merchandise from a southeast Portland pet store.

The robbery took place Monday around 10:30 a.m. at A to Z Pets on southeast 160th and Division.

Surveillance cameras caught one woman putting pet toys, shampoo, flea medication and other things into her bag.

Officials said the thieves walked away with $250 worth of merchandise.

The pet store’s owner, Christin Bjugan, wants the suspects caught.

“It ruins my day when I see something like that and knowing that they’re going to come in and try to do it again,” said Bjugan. “Yeah it is frustrating, especially when you work hard.”

If you have any information on the theft, contact the Portland Police Bureau.
