PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -

Thursday is the last day for voters to safely mail their ballots for the Oregon primary and have their votes counted on Election Day, according to the Multnomah County Elections Division.

The Oregon primary election is May 17. Ballots must be received by 8 p.m. May 17, and postmarks do not count.

Elections officials said all registered voters should have received their ballots by now. Anyone who has not received a ballot should contact their county election office.
