BEAVERTON, OR (KPTV) -

Three people are accused of planning and committing an armed home invasion robbery to steal pain medication from a friend of one of the suspects.

Police responded to the 14000 block of Southwest Hazel Street at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday.

A 30-year-old woman told police she had just arrived home from the pharmacy when a friend showed up at her door. The friend was identified as 31-year-old Elise Chambers.

Police said a man was also at the door with a gun pointed at Chambers. The man forced his way into the home and demanded the prescription pain medication that the woman had just picked up at the pharmacy. Police said he then ran away from the scene.

Officers interviewed the woman and her friend at the home.

Investigators said they later determined Chambers was in on the robbery.

The suspect with the gun was identified as 24-year-old Jacquard Reid. Police said Reid is Chambers' boyfriend.

A third suspect, 35-year-old Holley Graham, also took part in planning the robbery, according to police.

Reid and Graham were arrested at a Beaverton Safeway store when they arrived to pick up Chambers.

All three were booked into the Washington County Jail. Reid is facing charges of first-degree robbery. Graham is being charged with conspiracy to commit robbery. Chambers is facing charges of felon in possession of a firearm.

Investigators said Chambers provided the handgun to Reid to commit the robbery.

The victim asked FOX 12 to remain anonymous but issued this statement about the situation:

“Yesterday,  I realized why my ‘friend’ offered to drive me to my pain doctor, now I know true betrayal since that same friend is the reason I had a gun shoved in my back and was robbed in the sanctity of my own home. What has this world come to? Thank the Lord for the Beaverton Police Department.”
