STAYTON, OR (KPTV) -

Police seized more than 48 grams of black tar heroin and more than 15 guns and rifles as part of an investigation that led to three arrests in Stayton.

Three warrants were served Wednesday morning, including one at Santiam Cleanery on the 200 block of North 1st Avenue and another on a work van from the business. A third warrant was executed on the 1400 block of Kristan Court.

The warrants were the result of a months-long investigation involving multiple agencies into heroin sales in Marion County.

Detectives said more than 48 grams of black tar heroin was seized as a result of the warrant for the Santiam Cleanery van, as well as more than $1,000 in cash.

Court documents state an additional 5 grams of heroin was found at the home of one of the suspects.

Investigators are still processing numerous pieces of property in this case. Police said handguns, rifles, and more drugs and cash were seized in connection with the investigation.

Court documents state two loaded handguns were found under a coffee table and a shotgun was within reach of a sofa in the garage of the home on Kristan Court. Heroin, meth and guns were found in a safe at the home, according to a probable cause affidavit, and at least two of the guns were confirmed as stolen.

The affidavit states a Honda generator stolen out of Eugene was also found, along with a mountain bike stolen in Corvallis.

Three people have been arrested. Ignatius "Iggy" Johnson, 34, of Salem, was booked into the Marion County Jail on the charges of delivery and possession of heroin. Kelly Johnson, 30, of Salem was arrested on the charges of conspiracy to deliver heroin and possession of heroin. Simon Silbernagel, 27, of Stayton, was arrested for an outstanding warrant out of Marion County.

Investigators said Iggy Johnson and Kelly Johnson are involved in the operation of Santiam Cleanery.
