PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -

A different kind of school bus arrived in Portland today, to give students in a closer look at virtual reality.

Students at the French American International School in northwest Portland put on special glasses to take a look into the world of 3D.

Z-Space is traveling around the country to show thousands of schools how to use the technology.

Students were able were able to virtually dissect organs like the heart, check out the world of butterflies, and even dive into volcanoes.

The kids thought it was pretty exciting, and it made learning more interactive.

“I think it's really amazing how you just put on the glasses and then everything seems to fly at you,” said Sebatian Schirner.
