Posted: Updated:

The Hillsboro Hops will host their second FanFest Saturday at Ron Tonkin Field.

From 10 a.m.-2 p.m., fans will have the opportunity to take a behind-the-scenes tour of Ron Tonkin field and take a picture with the Northwest League Championship trophy.

According to the Hops, fans can also run the bases, play catch on the field, pitch in the bullpen, play on the wiffle ball field, get their face painted, play in the Kids Zone on the Hops inflatables, and meet Rich Burk, the Voice of the Hops.

FanFest is also an opportunity to purchase single-game tickets to Hops games for the 2016 season.

Complimentary Hot Dogs and Coca-Cola products will be served at the event. Parking and admission is free.

"We were blown away by the turnout and response following our first-ever FanFest at Ron Tonkin Field last May," said Hops Executive VP and GM K.L. Wombacher. "We look forward to hosting a day of fun baseball activities at the ballpark for the community as a thank you for their gracious support."

The Hops will host their home opener at Ron Tonkin Field on Monday, June 20 against the Eugene Emeralds.
