Trailer stolen from Forest Grove family

FOREST GROVE, OR (KPTV) -

Someone stole a trailer from a Forest Grove family overnight that was loaded with thousands of dollars worth of quads and camping equipment.

Tim Pearson and his son returned from a hunting trip last weekend, and the trailer was packed with two Honda 4x4 quads, and an estimated $4,000 worth of camping equipment.

Pearson was about to unload it all Saturday and take the trailer to a nearby lot where he stores it, but someone had stolen it overnight.

The trailer also contained other memorabilia, including a poster that all of his old military buddies signed.

Pearson is beside himself that someone just took it.

“…The thing that really went through my mind was the violation. This is a great neighborhood that we live in here and a lot of neighbors feel violated as well,” said Pearson.

If you see the trailer, or know who may have stolen it, contact the Washington County Sheriff’s Office.
