Police: House cleaner caught stealing prescription drugs from Oregon City home

OREGON CITY, OR (KPTV) -

A Vancouver woman was arrested Friday, accused of stealing prescription medications from an Oregon City home she was supposed to be cleaning.

Amanda Morgan, 32, works for The Cleaning Authority, a local cleaning company, and was suspected of stealing from the Oregon City home.

With cooperation from The Cleaning Authority and the residents living in the home, Oregon City Police were able to capture the theft Friday using a hidden camera.

Morgan was arrested after leaving the home, located at the 11000 block of Maxwell Court according to police.

She faces charges of theft and possession of a controlled substance.

According to Oregon City Police, there could be more victims.
