PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -

Portland Trail Blazers guard Damian Lillard has been named to the All-NBA Second Team.

The league announced the All-NBA teams Thursday.

Lillard, 25, averaged a career-high 25.1 points per game, along with 6.8 assists and 4 rebounds. He is the first Portland player to ever rank in the top 10 in both points and assists for a season.

Lillard also broke his own franchise record for three-pointers in a season with 229.

The All-NBA second team also includes Oklahoma City’s Kevin Durant, Golden State’s Draymond Green, Sacramento’s DeMarcus Cousins and Chris Paul of the Los Angeles Clippers.

The All-NBA First Team is comprised of LeBron James of Cleveland, Kawhi Leonard of San Antonio, DeAndre Jordan with the Clippers, Stephen Curry from Golden State and Russell Westbrook in Oklahoma City.
