Crews responded to a fire at Bright Auto Upholstery Friday morning, according to Portland Fire and Rescue.
Firefighters responded to the fire just before 9:44 a.m. at 1611 Southeast 6th Avenue.
According to fire crews, flames from burning upholstered seats were reaching the building’s ceiling.
One person was treated for minor burns after trying to put out the fire with an extinguisher, according to Portland Fire and Rescue. He was treated at the scene and released.
An investigator is working to determine the cause of the fire.
