Ten units damaged; 38 residents displaced in Gresham apartment fire

GRESHAM, OR (KPTV) -

Ten apartment units were damaged, and 38 residents were displaced in a fire in Gresham Sunday morning.

Fire crews responded at around 4:20 a.m. to the apartment fire in the 400 Block of Northeast Cleveland Avenue.

No injuries were reported according to the Gresham Police Department.

According to Gresham Police, the fire caused an estimated $500,000 worth of damage.

Investigators are still working to determine the cause of the fire, and are asking for the public's help.
