PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -

After weeks of Rose Festival celebration, the fifteen Rose Festival princesses faced their final judged event.

They gave impromptu answers to a variety of questions in front of judges and business leaders at a luncheon Thursday afternoon.

"I think every judging session we've had and every event we've had has been leading up to this moment and I'm just very excited," said Abby Freimark, the Rose Festival Princess representing Franklin High School. "I'm not sure what to expect but I'm excited to wrap it up today."

Rose Princess judge George William said, "We're looking for someone who's able to represent Portland, someone who's excited about what we're doing here in Portland, someone who's excited about the Rose Festival."

Afterward, judges decided on the 2016 Queen of Rosaria, but the princesses do not get to find out yet. The coronation will be announced before the Grand Floral Parade on June 11.
