GRESHAM, OR (KPTV) -

A 57-year-old man is accused of watching women in various states of undress in the bathroom of a Gresham bar.

Matthew Raymond Dziewiontkoski was booked into the Multnomah County Jail on Monday on one count of invasion of privacy.

Police said Dziewiontkoski was at a bar in downtown Gresham at 11:45 p.m. April 25. The bar has a unisex bathroom with a faulty door that Dziewiontkoski used to watch unknowing women, according to investigators.

"Dziewiontkoski exploited the fault in the door to gain access to the bathroom and view women in various states of undress," according to a Gresham Police Department statement.

Dziewiontkoski was identified by bar patrons as the suspect in this case, according to detectives.

No other details about the investigation were immediately released by police.

Dziewiontkoski had bail set at $2,500.

Investigators believe there may have been additional victims at the bar that night and would like to speak with anyone who has not yet made a police report in connection with this case.

Det. Adam Wright is the lead investigator in this case and he can be reached at 503-618-2233.
