From Burgers and pizza to tacos and doughnuts, local restaurants and food carts are putting a vegan spin to all things Portland. For the second year, the Vegan Food and Beer festival will feature dozens of plant based dishes. The beerfest will have more than 70 of the top restaurants and breweries in the northwest and offer beverages such as Kombucha and craft sodas.     Police said Shanann Watts was found dead on property owned by Anadarko Petroleum, where her husband, 33-year-old Christopher Watts, worked as an operator.

    A 16-year old said he still can't feel his legs after falling down a waterfall on the Deschutes River.  He was swimming with family and friends on the Deschutes River near crooked river ranch and that’s when he went over Steelhead Falls and had to be rescued. His fall was caught on camera.
