LEBANON, OR (KPTV) -

A homeless man is accused of breaking into a salon and spa business and stealing makeup and hair supplies.

Police responded to an alarm at The Main Event on the 900 block of South Main Street in Lebanon at 5:52 a.m. June 4.

Officers found an open window and spotted several cosmetic items on the ground.

The business owners reported a loss of several hundred dollars worth of cosmetics and hair supplies.

Police said evidence showed a local homeless man, 36-year-old Vincent Sears Wells, was responsible for the burglary.

A search warrant was obtained and the car Wells was living in was searched in connection with the case. Police said property stolen from The Main Event was found in his car.

Wells was booked into the Linn County Jail on Tuesday on charges of second-degree burglary, third-degree theft and third-degree criminal mischief.

Anyone with additional information about this investigation is asked to contact Detective Ryan Padua at 541-258-4325.
