WOODBURN, OR (KPTV) -

A pair of vandals caused significant damage to a water treatment facility and the concession stand at a park in Woodburn.

The damage occurred Thursday night. Police said equipment and facilities were damaged at Centennial Park and the water treatment facility on Parr Road.

Woodburn city leaders stressed that the city's water treatment system was not compromised and Woodburn's water remains safe to drink.

A surveillance image of one of the suspects was released Friday, however it doesn't show much as police said the vandals attempted to conceal their identities.

The city of Woodburn is offering a $1,000 cash reward to anyone who provides information that leads to an arrest of the suspect. Tips can be left at 503-981-3691 or crimestoppers@ci.woodburn.or.us.
