BATTLE GROUND, WA (KPTV) -

A Clark County teen is in some serious trouble, suspected of driving while impaired and crashing into another car, before trying to get away and crashing off the side of the road.

Investigators said she admitted to "dabbing," smoking highly potent hash oil. A drug recognition officer at the scene determined she was impaired.

The teen's car came to rest on State Route 503, about a mile down the road from where she hit another car.

Investigators said 911 callers reported the teen was speeding, with some claiming she was going close to 100 mph, while also passing cars on the right shoulder.

Officers said at one point she rear ended another car, spinning it out of control and into a guardrail. The man inside suffered a large gash to his forehead, and needed several stitches.

Instead of stopping to check on the other driver, investigators said the teen driver continued on, eventually leaving the roadway, then veering across the road and crashing into some brush.

Investigators said the driver, who is 17, faces charges of felony hit and run and vehicular assault.
