Portland climber smashes world record

PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -

Colin O’Brady, 31, is living proof anything is possible.  

The professional triathlete and Lincoln High School graduate smashed the Explorers Grand Slam World Record. On May 27th, O’Brady completed the grueling journey to both the North and South Poles, and summited the highest peaks on seven continents in 139 days.

The previous world record holder finished the expeditions in 192 days.

The adventurer talks to MORE about his Journey and commitment to inspiring kids to live healthy and active lives.  

O’Brady climbed the peaks of Mt. Vinson (Antarctica), Aconcagua (South America), Kilimanjaro (Africa), Carstensz Pyramid (Australia), Mt. Elbrus (Europe), Mt. Everest (Asia) and Denali (North America).
