Deputies identify victims of deadly weekend crash

OREGON CITY, OR (KPTV) -

Deputies with the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office have identified victims of a head-on crash early Saturday morning that killed three people.

The crash occurred around 2:30 a.m. Saturday near the intersection of South Redland Road and South Bradley Road near Oregon City.

The driver of one of the vehicles, Dennis Raykin, 22, of Happy Valley, died in the crash, along with his passengers Demetrius Johnson, 21, and Kayla Kuntz, 28, both of Oregon City.

A third passenger, Lydia Tobler-Davis, 21, of Milwaukie, suffered life-threatening injuries as was transported by helicopter to an area hospital.

The driver of the other vehicle, 50-year-old Kimberly Millican of Oregon City, was also sent to the hospital with life threatening injuries.

Deputies noted that speed and alcohol are being considered as factors in the crash.
