MARION COUNTY, OR (KPTV) -

Deputies with the Marion County Sheriff's Office have identified the four people shot on a farm near Woodburn on Monday.

Ruben Rigoberto-Reyes, 60, and Edmundo Amaro-Bajonero, 26, died at the scene of the shooting. Both men also lived on the property at 13436 Kiliam Road Northeast.

Deputies found Katie Gildersleeve, 30, of Logsden, Oregon, and Refugio Modesto-DeLaCruz, 27, injured at the scene, and both were transported to area hospitals. Gildersleeve later died from her injuries while Modesto-DeLaCruz, who lived on the property, remains in critical condition.

Investigators said Gildersleeve was the girlfriend of another resident of the farm.

Officers later arrested Bonifacio Oseguera-Gonzalez, 29, without incident on Interstate 84 near The Dalles. Investigators said he known to frequent the property as well.

According to court documents, Oseguera-Gonzalez admitted to shooting the people on the farm. He is facing charges of aggravated murder and attempted aggravated murder.

Deputies also noted that earlier reports of a marijuana grow on the property where the shooting took place were incorrect. The grow is located on a separate private property, and is not believed to be connected to the shooting.
