PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -

Donald Trump commented on the shooting at a Marion County farm that left three people dead and one injured, saying it wouldn't happen under a Trump presidency.

According to court documents, Bonifacio Oseguera-Gonzalez admitted to shooting four people on a farm east of Woodburn June 27. Three of the victims died and the other remains in critical condition.

Following the shooting, reports surfaced that Oseguera-Gonzalez had been deported to Mexico numerous times.

On Friday, Trump posted on Twitter that Oseguera-Gonzalez "should have never been here," using the hashtag #AmericaFirst.

A spokesperson for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) said Oseguera-Gonzalez had been deported to Mexico six times since 2003.

He was most recently sent back to Mexico in 2013.

ICE noted Oseguera-Gonzalez has "no significant prior criminal convictions."

Oseguera-Gonzalez is in custody at the Marion County Jail on charges of aggravated murder and attempted aggravated murder.

ICE asked the jail to notify the agency if Oseguera-Gonzalez is slated for release so immigration officials can take him into custody.

Throughout his campaign, Trump has repeatedly called for a wall along the U.S.-Mexico border, saying he intends to make Mexico pay for it, should he be elected president.
