PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -

A woman is facing manslaughter charges after a crash in North Portland that killed one person, according to the Portland Police Bureau.

Police said they arrested Rayna Johnson, 21, on Saturday.

According to police, a car with two people inside was heading north on Delaware Avenue, when they crashed into the side of a Jeep that was heading east on North Rosa Parks Way.

The impact knocked the Jeep on its side and into a house.

One person in the Jeep was killed, and the other passenger was injured. The two people in the car were also injured.

“It was a disaster and it was kind of panic mode for everybody," said Owen O’Brien who helped after the crash.

Police said speed was likely a factor in the crash.

The names of the other people involved have not been released.
