BEAVERTON, OR (KPTV) -

UPDATE: 9:15 p.m. Tuesday.

Beaverton Police say Bonnie Clark has been found safe and is on her way home.

ORIGINAL STORY:

Beaverton police are asking for the public’s help in finding a missing 65-year-old woman with severe dementia.

Police say Bonnie Clark has been missing from her Beaverton home near Southwest Murray Boulevard at Southwest Maverick Terrace since 1 p.m. Tuesday.

Officers believe Clark left her home on foot, since she doesn't have access to a car or know how to use the Tri-Met system.

Clark has severe dementia. Police say she may not be able to tell people her name and will not be able to find her way home.

Clark is in good physical health and has no problems walking. She is described as a Caucasian female, 5'8' tall and weighing 126 pounds. She has blond/brown hair and wears glasses. She was last seen wearing a brown sweater over a white shirt and black pants.

If you see or have seen her, please call Beaverton Police at 503-629-0111.
