LEBANON, OR (KPTV) -

A two-alarm grass fire burned 10 acres in Lebanon Thursday afternoon.

Lebanon Fire District responded to the fire at 1:22 p.m. When firefighters arrived they found a slow moving fire that was quickly fueled by gusty winds and pushed across the field towards a home.

Firefighters were able to cut the fire off before it reached the home. Crews spent two hours mopping up hot spots.

No injuries were reported.

Lebanon Fire District said the fire was caused by a trailer that broke loose from a pickup on Highway 34.

Firefighters from the Tangent Fire District, Albany Fire Department, and Scio Fire District helped Lebanon firefighters battle the fire.
