PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -

Portland police on Friday released the identity of a suspect shot and killed by a homeowner during a home invasion and sought tips to help track down the other suspects.

Officers responded to reports of shots fired at a home in 8300 block of Southeast 64th Avenue just before 1:00 a.m. Thursday.

When they arrived, officers found the homeowner suffering a non-life-threatening gunshot wound on one of his hands.

A suspect, identified as Anthony James Lazarides, 30, was found dead in the home. Police said the cause of death was gunshot wounds.

Investigators said it appeared other suspects were involved in the home invasion and fled the scene.

Homicide detectives are seeking information from the public that could help lead them to the other suspects.
