TIGARD, OR (KPTV) -

Tigard police arrested a 38-year-old man who robbed Foxy's Deli at gunpoint earlier this week.

Police said on Monday around 8:30 p.m. a man entered the deli with a gun and demanded money from an employee. The man then told the employee to remove money from the till as well as the lottery machines.

The suspect then ordered the five customers into a corner until he fled the store on foot.

Video surveillance captured an image of the man with black face paint carrying a rifle.

Tigard investigators identified the suspect as Keith Brian Martin. Martin agreed to come into the Tigard Police Department for an interview.

Martin was arrested Wednesday night and taken to Washington County Jail. He is charged with robbery in the first-degree, unauthorized use of a weapon, felon in possession of a weapon and menacing.
