LEBANON, OR (KPTV) -

Three people were arrested outside the Lebanon McDonalds restaurant for possession of methamphetamine Friday morning.

The Lebanon Police Department said they received a report at 10:16 a.m. of a man dealing drugs outside of the McDonalds. The caller told police the man had a gun tucked in the back of his pants, and then said the man was getting into a turquoise car as a passenger.

Police arrived a short time later and found the vehicle as it was backing out of the parking space.

Police stopped the vehicle in the parking lot. Linn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Lyman and his narcotics detecting K9 responded to assist.

The three people in the car consented to a search, and small amounts of meth were found on each person.

Alexander Burrell, 37, Ronald Linn, 27, and Laura Lee, 36, were arrested and charged with unlawful possession of methamphetamine.

Linn was also taken into custody on an Oregon State Parole warrant.

Police said Linn was carrying a black flashlight in his waistband and that was mistaken for a gun.
